Terms of Service

All products are sold wholesale with a minimum of 5 units per style. Pricing is confirmed by quotation and may vary with quantity, customization, and fabric selection.

Custom orders are produced only after written sample approval. Approved custom garments are not returnable except for manufacturing defects.

Payment terms, delivery schedules, and laundry program terms are set out in each client agreement.
