Frequently Asked Questions
Everything teams usually ask before starting a uniform program with us.
What is the minimum order?
Every product carries a 5-unit minimum per style. That keeps wholesale pricing sharp while staying practical for small teams. There is no minimum on replacement items for existing clients.
Can I buy directly on this site?
No. This is a catalogue site: browse the collections, then submit a wholesale inquiry or contact your Account Manager. Orders are confirmed with a real person so sizing, branding, and delivery are right the first time.
How fast can you deliver?
Custom programs typically sample in as little as 2 weeks with production in about 4 weeks. Catalogue items move faster, and existing clients can flag urgent requests for priority handling through their Account Manager.
Do you handle logos and embroidery?
Yes. Send us your logo once and it stays on file under your Client ID. We apply embroidery and branding to any garment in the catalogue or any custom piece.
Can you manufacture products for us to sell?
Yes. Beyond uniforms, we offer private label manufacturing: apparel and supply goods produced under your own brand, ready for you to sell to your clients. Mention it in a wholesale inquiry or ask your Account Manager.
Do you require a service agreement?
Yes. Every program runs on a simple service agreement that locks in your pricing, your pickup and delivery schedule, and clean monthly invoicing. It protects both sides: you get guaranteed consistency and priority scheduling, and we plan capacity around your account. No surprise terms, and you will always see the full agreement before anything is billed.
What is a Client ID?
Every client is assigned an account number, like RST-1045. Quote it when you call or submit a request and we instantly see your sizes, employee roster, previous orders, logos, approved garments, billing, and delivery locations.
How much does laundry service cost?
Laundry is $44 per bag in New York City and the West Coast, $41 in Denver, and $46 in Jacksonville, with everything included from pickup: detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, bleach, your wash and dry temperatures, folding, and delivery back to you. The more bags you order, the lower the per-bag price gets, applied automatically. No per-pound weighing and no add-on fees.
What size bag should I use?
Use a standard 22" x 28" bag, the same size as a standard 13-gallon kitchen bag, or the fabric equivalent. Each bag holds about 2 loads. Anything larger than 22" x 28" can still be used, but it carries an upcharge: our laundry partner invoices us after the wash, so we confirm the exact amount from that invoice and send a separate, itemized upcharge invoice for that order. Never a surprise fee.
Do you offer steaming for new uniform shipments?
Yes, and you can book it on its own with no wash required. New uniform orders arrive boxed and creased, so we pick up the boxes, steam every garment, and return them floor-ready on hangers. Steaming is priced per garment and quoted before pickup. You can also add it to any wash and fold pickup.
Can I choose my detergent and how things are folded?
Yes. Pick your detergent, fabric softener, dryer sheets, bleach (including color-safe options), wash temperature, and dryer temperature. You also set folding preferences, such as whether shirts and pants are folded or hung and whether socks are folded or rolled. Preferences stay on file under your Client ID and are included in the bag price.
What happens after I submit a laundry order?
You get an immediate confirmation telling you to have your laundry ready for pickup, since drivers cannot wait while bags are filled. We then text and email you the moment your driver is on the way.
What if an employee leaves or a new one joins?
Submit a New Employee Uniforms or Replacement Items request with your Client ID. Because your approved garments and sizes are on file, new kits ship without re-specifying anything.
Which industries do you serve?
Hospitality, restaurants, healthcare, corporate offices, education, industrial and trades, security, retail, fitness, production and entertainment, plus specialty environments like cleanrooms and salons. See all 14 collections.
